The Obama Girl was pretty funny. The will i. am Yes We Can song and video was inspiring. And now it seems that Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama is inspiring an album's worth of international songs. There's a lot out there, but here are a couple of my favorites.

Let's start with Spanish:

"Como se Dice? Como se Llama? Obama!" sung by Don Omar

On to Mighty's Sparrow's upbeat Calypso "Barack the Magnificent"

Now some Reggae Coco Tea's Barack Obama

And for all you pub music lovers: "There's no one as Irish as Barack O'Bama"

And from Africa, Kenyan Tony Nyadundo "Obama!"

Tyrical's "The Obama Song"

And for devotees of the Llama song:

Do reggae and hip hop fans have way more discretionary income to spend on concert tickets than indie-rock fans, or are indie-rock fans just antisocial, home-dwelling, music-stealing cheapskates?
