Bill Clinton

Pres. Clinton will be at the UO EMU Ballroom tonight (Monday), May 12 - 8:15 p.m.

Our former president spoke at the J.C. High School early Saturday morning. Bill's been touring smaller towns in Oregon trying to build up the Hillary base before the Oregon primary in May.
And as you might expect, Clinton opened his speech with the importance of rural America and the need to bridge the urban/rural divide. He mentioned that Hillary wants to do two debates in Oregon (one completely devoted to rural issues.) He also touched on health care, restoring the middle class, education, and energy sustainability/
