Access to Tamolitch Pool Restricted for One Month

For those hikers looking to hit up the Tamolitch Pool along the McKenzie River Trail, you might want to hike in from the north. This means you start at Sahalie Falls or the reservoir a few miles south of Sahalie. The McKenzie River Trail will be closed from Trail Bridge Campground north to Tamolitch Pool (or Falls), Monday through Friday ONLY. The trail will reopen on weekends. Effective dates are July 14 through August 3 (give or take).
