DAY 6 - July 4th

DAY 8 - July 6th
David Oliver (1st place Men's 110m Hurdles)

The crowd was really pulling for Jordan Hasay in the 1500m final

Rafeeq Curry (3rd, Men's Triple Jump final)

Walter Dix took 1st in the closest (and most exciting) race of the Trials (Men's 200m)

Marshevet Hooker trips in to 3rd (Women's 200m final)

You know something funny ... in all of these photos (except the crowd shot w/fireworks) you can make out at least one Nike swoosh. I'm pretty sure Todd wasn't visually attracted to the swoosh. I'm more certain it was completely unavoidable at any angle at the Trials. Even the shot of Marshevet Hooker (running for adidas) has it in the background.
Awesome photos Todd! You were competing against the R-G (who had at least two photogs on the infield at all times; the reward they get for rubbing the backs of UO athletics at every turn) and still managed to get better shots than them.

But seriously, thanks for the compliment, Chuck. I had a lotta fun down there. And yeah, the swoosh was EVERYwhere. Nike made sure everyone knew how much money they dropped for the Trials.
On a side note -
One time when I was scurrying around the in-field, I paused a little too long in front of a Visa sign and was asked to move. hahahhaaha. Don't be blockin' the sponsors yo!
