why doesn't someone investigate the D.A.? how much was spent on the case against Ian? is there reason to believe the D.A. brings charges against a victim of police misconduct so as to put the EPD side in a position to bargain for a settlement?

When they do something wrong they charge whoever was on the recieving end of the wrongdoing to keep them on the defensive. I know I went through the whole mess. It is a extremely complicated problem. We have a simple media these days who can barely comprehend what is going on. I do not think the problem can be solved. I am not anti-cop. I am anti-f---ed up legal system and lazy media.
