Taser Case Reconvenes

The trial of taser victim Ian Van Ornum was called back on the record at 4:35 pm. No word on a verdict yet.

IAN and the D.A.

why doesn't someone investigate the D.A.? how much was spent on the case against Ian? is there reason to believe the D.A. brings charges against a victim of police misconduct so as to put the EPD side in a position to bargain for a settlement?

The answer is-the media is too lazy and scared to do that

The answer is yes. When they do something wrong they charge whoever was on the recieving end of the wrongdoing to keep them on the defensive. I know I went through the whole mess. It is a extremely complicated problem. We have a simple media these days who can barely comprehend what is going on. I do not think the problem can be solved. I am not anti-cop. I am anti-f---ed up legal system and lazy media.
